We’ve roughly doubled the size of our parts warehouse, giving our team significantly more room to stock the parts our customers need. More warehouse space means greater capacity for inventory and helps us better meet the demands of the trucks and fleets we serve throughout the region.
We’ve also added a new loading dock to the facility. This improves how parts move in and out of the warehouse and helps our team handle incoming and outgoing shipments more efficiently.

Six New CNG Service Bays

The expansion also adds significant capacity to our service department.
We’ve added six new CNG-compliant service bays, allowing our team to accommodate more trucks and support customers operating a wider range of vehicles.
As more fleets look at alternative fuel options, having the right facilities and equipment in place is important. These new bays give our technicians additional space to work on CNG vehicles while increasing the overall service capacity of our Red Deer location.
The additional bays also help us serve more customers without compromising the quality of service our customers expect from GreatWest Kenworth.

Easier Access to Our Facility

We’ve also made a change that customers will notice when visiting our Red Deer location.
Our yard can now be accessed from the east side of the property via Golden West Avenue. The additional access point makes it easier to enter and navigate the facility, particularly for customers bringing trucks in for service or picking up parts.
It’s a relatively simple improvement, but one that can make a difference when you’re trying to get in, get what you need, and get back on the road.
